I had the opportunity to direct, coordinate, and participate in a two-week documentary journey, capturing the process of tapping natural rubber from hevea trees and following its transformation into sneaker soles.
This cinematic exploration highlighted the collaboration between human hands and the lush rainforest, revealing Brazil's role in producing this resource, used in VEJA sneakers.
